Mark your calendars! The musical is coming up soon! This week's rehearsals continue as normal. Next week is production week with a different rehearsal schedule. Field Trip Has Been Changed!

We will be having lunch with the president tomorrow, Tuesday, April 26. The students will be wearing their PE uniforms. Please make sure you sign the permision slip and send it in tomorrow! Thank you for your cooperation!

From the Art Room: Dear Parents: Earth Day is coming up, and in art class, we will be making art with recyclable materials! Please send us your unwanted egg cartons, cardboard toilet paper or paper towel rolls and old CDs. We will be collecting these materials from Monday, April 4th, through Thursday, April 8th. You can send the materials with your child or bring them to the Elementary Art Room (in front of the Elementary Principal's office). Thank you in advance for your help! Estimados Padres: Estamos prontos a la celebracion del Dia de la Tierra, y en la clase de arte estaremos haciendo proyectos con materiales reciclados! Por favor ayudenos mandando cartones de huevos, rollos de papel higienico o papel toalla vacios, y CDs viejos. Estaremos recolectando estos materiales del lunes, 4 de abril, al jueves, 8 de abril. Father's Day Celebration!
*On Friday, March 18 we will be celebrating Father's Day in 1-B! Please come from 8:10-9AM to see what your children have been working so hard on these past few weeks! If a Father can't come please send an older brother, mother, uncle, etc. So, that each child will have someone there. Thank you! See you there!

ATTENTION STUDENTS WHO EAT FROM THE CAFETERIA!!!Did you know that you use 180 styrofoam plates that get thrown into the trash each school year when you buy your lunch from the cafeteria? Think about how much garbage that is with ALL the students combined! OUR POOR EARTH!The Elementary Environmental Club plans to kick off a campaign this week where we encourage students to bring tupperware to the cafeteria. Dona Betty has agreed to serve students their food in their tupperware containers to avoid using styrofoam products. Each time you avoid using a styrofam plate, you will receive a ticket on recycled paper. Trade in 5 of these tickets for a special prize from Ms. Willett's 4A classroom! Prizes will be continuously changing but to celebrate our beautiful Earth, we're starting with DELICIOUS Earth-shaped cookies donated by "Cookie Fashion Hn"Bring your tupperware containers this week to school!HELP SAVE OUR PLANET!
